Refund or Exchange- Money Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your product/s, you can return them for a full refund.

Once a Hami product is received, a refund must be requested within 48 hours. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. 

A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to process a return.

Return requests can be sent to hangout@hamiglobal.com. Should your return be accepted, you will be provided with a return shipping label. 

Returns must be sent to 16 Albany Road, Sea Point, 8005 , Cape Town South Africa. The cost to ship a return will be for your own account.

Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Should your products be defective, damaged, or should you receive the wrong order- please contact us immediately so that we can rectify the issue immediately.

Exceptions/non-returnable items:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, once the return is accepted, you can then proceed to make a separate purchase for your new product.


Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will then notify you if your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please take note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
