What kind of shipping do you provide?

We offer door-to-door shipping for both international and local orders. No need to go to the post office!

How long does shipping usually take?

For local shipping, anything between 1 - 3 business days. For international orders, it can take up to 7 business days, depending on where you are.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, absolutely, we’ll inform you of your tracking number and any shipping updates. We’ll send this information to you via text and / or email.

Can I redirect my shipping address?

Sure, if your Hami hasn’t left the building yet, you’re welcome to get in touch and change your delivery address.

Are there any customs fees?

Nope, we’re absorbing those costs so you can enjoy your Hami the moment it arrives, no sneaky costs here!
